This is a plain clear (transparent) background used for overlays, sized for Full HD movies 1920x1080 that you can use with pasted-in text or images for the correct size and placement. When you edit this elsewhere, ensure that you export your file in png or gif format to preserve the transparency (alpha). This can be used for fades with text too.
